  • Spreadsheet Context: To provide formula generation and explanations, Sheetsbase accesses the specific cell contents or formula context you provide. This data is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored on our servers.
  • Payment Data: If you purchase a Pro plan, your identity and payment information are handled securely by Stripe.
  • Analytics: We use standard analytics tools to track feature usage (e.g., clicks, error rates) to improve the product. We do NOT collect your private spreadsheet data or personal formulas via analytics.

2. Google API Services Disclosure

Sheetsbase's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We do not use your Google user data for advertising.
  • We do not sell your data to third parties or data brokers.
  • We only share data with third-party service providers (like OpenAI or Stripe) as necessary to provide the service's core functionality.

3. AI and Machine Learning Disclosure

When you use AI-powered features in Sheetsbase:

  • Data Transmission: Only the specific formula or context you provide is sent to OpenAI for processing.
  • No Model Training: We do NOT use your data, spreadsheet content, or Google user data to train, retrain, or improve AI/ML models. Our integration with OpenAI ensures that data sent via their API is not used for model training.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following secure providers to power Sheetsbase:

  • Supabase: Secure authentication and database storage.
  • Stripe: Payment infrastructure and billing management.
  • OpenAI: AI processing for formula generation and explanation.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

  • Access & Correction: You have the right to access or correct your personal data.
  • Data Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the extension settings or by contacting us.

6. Security

We utilize industry-standard secure infrastructure to protect your information. While we strive for absolute security, no system is entirely impenetrable.
